  • Refreshed the left menu bar for improved usability and navigation within the Activity Flow Diagram.
• Endeavor Archiving
  • Added the ability to archive an endeavor via Endeavor Settings.
  • Archived endeavors are hidden from view and cannot be navigated to.
  • This is not the same as deleting an endeavor — deletion will be introduced separately in the future.
  • For now, archived endeavors can be restored by the development team as a supported service. Once the Endeavor List View is released, organization admins will be able to un-archive endeavors directly.
• Home Screen Enhancements
  • Milestones now appear in the Home screen’s “Most Important Things to Do Today” table.
• Task Detail Access
  • Users can now double-click associated tasks within content or activity pop-ups to view task details without leaving the current context.

• Card display customization settings — this can be accessed at the bottom of the left menu in the AFD. The top part of this menu will be cleaned up by mid-January. It does "persist" after refresh. We'll add toggles for "completed" and "milestone target" dates in the near future but wanted to get it out by the end of the year. Also note, if everything is turned "off" (buffer/variance circle doesn't matter), then the title will display large and can be printed this way. In the future, we'll also make it where the title re-sized and items move as things are hidden, but this would be a pretty major effort to code every possible combination, so we have not been able to prioritize this. 
• Home Page:
  • Placeholder added for future reporting
  • "Most Important Things to do Today" table added - this is a custom list for each user based on activities & tasks assigned to them. You can right-click any column heading to access grouping. 
  • When double-clicking a task, you get it in a pop-up to edit. When double-clicking an activity, you get it in a new tab to edit (this is due to a limitation in the system that we'll fix in the future).
  • We'll add icons indicating "constrained" vs. 'unconstrained" in the future, with the ability to filter on this. 
• Minor updates to top Navigation Bar for easier endeavor selection and viewing of all domain icons without the dropdown
• Standard Process Library:
  • Activities are now shown in left-to-right auto-layout

Activity List View (ALV) Updates

• Filters, grouping, and sorting now remain as set and no longer reset to default after editing an activity.
• Users can no longer drag items on the Gantt, preventing confusion since dragging did not update the database.
• Columns now display Start Date before Finish Date, with default sorting on Finish Date.
• Fixed an issue where certain Gantt bars appeared on incorrect dates.

Activity Flow Diagram (AFD) Updates

• Legacy “process start/finish” references no longer appear in predecessor/successor lists when activities are expanded from the Library.
• Added “Unassigned” as a master data filter option, allowing users to identify all activities lacking assignments (similar to how they appear in the Unassigned swimlane).

Performance Enhancements

• Ongoing improvements continue 1–2 times per week as we move toward targeted system performance levels

Gantt Visualization Upgrade

• Switched to the Bryntum Gantt viewer for enhanced Gantt chart graphics, responsiveness, and functionality

Commitment Plan Improvements

• Updated “Show Completed” filter so it no longer affects Completed (Pending) activities

Standard Process Library

• Added the ability to delete activities directly within the Standard Process Library

Endeavor-Level Master Data

• Introduced Endeavor-level master data configuration (see: Org Settings → Master Data → Endeavor)

Activity Flow Diagram Enhancements

• Show Hidden Predecessors/Successors: In Manual Mode, users can now right-click the cards and select “Show Hidden (# Levels)” to reveal activities hidden by filters. These cards will appear on the diagram even if they conflict with currently applied filters.‍

Card Rendering & Zoom-Based UI Optimization

• New zoom-based rendering thresholds for faster performance and cleaner visuals:
  • < 50% zoom: cards show title only
  • < 25% zoom: cards hide all text/icons, showing only color fill and border
• These defaults improve rendering speed and reduce clutter when zoomed out; custom thresholds will be available in a future update

Endeavor Creation - Org Admin users can create their own endeavors in their Organization

‍User Experience Improvements

• After refresh, the system now restores the user’s last viewed layout, including manual settings, filters, swimlanes, color codes, and endeavor context
• Endeavor Team Name now automatically updates when the Endeavor Name is changed (refresh to apply on cards)

Performance Improvements

• Noticeable speed upgrade — additional performance enhancements will roll out throughout November.

Master Data Enhancements

• Added new field types: Open Text (up to 200 characters), Number, Percent, Date, and Time Scale — expanding beyond the previous single-select and multi-select options. The new Time Scale feature allows that master data field to be applied in the time scale swimlane, supporting non-date driven work processes and plans

Commitment Plan Updates

• Implemented auto-save logic for smoother workflow.
• Milestones now color-filter and metrics are calculate using the later of projected or target dates, providing a more accurate view of progress.

Activity List & Notifications

• Updated email notifications to include activity list and metric changes.
• Planned vs. actual duration fields are now separated in both the database and Activity List View (ALV).

User Interface & Usability

• Standardized all date input fields to the DD-MMM-YYYY format.
• Removed “bonus bridges” for a cleaner diagram display.
• Reduced spacing between activities to approximately two-thirds of the previous layout for better visibility.
• Fixed arrow deletion bug — arrows can no longer be accidentally removed.

Printing Enhancements

• Updated print logic so the entire diagram appears in print preview, even if users haven’t panned or zoomed to view all areas.
• Note: this fix increases print preview load time for very large diagrams. Small diagrams load instantly, while large ones (≈500 visible activities) may take several minutes to render. Performance for this feature will improve further in November updates.
