Master Data Enhancements

• Added new field types: Open Text (up to 200 characters), Number, Percent, Date, and Time Scale — expanding beyond the previous single-select and multi-select options. The new Time Scale feature allows that master data field to be applied in the time scale swimlane, supporting non-date driven work processes and plans

Commitment Plan Updates

• Implemented auto-save logic for smoother workflow.
• Milestones now color-filter and metrics are calculate using the later of projected or target dates, providing a more accurate view of progress.

Activity List & Notifications

• Updated email notifications to include activity list and metric changes.
• Planned vs. actual duration fields are now separated in both the database and Activity List View (ALV).

User Interface & Usability

• Standardized all date input fields to the DD-MMM-YYYY format.
• Removed “bonus bridges” for a cleaner diagram display.
• Reduced spacing between activities to approximately two-thirds of the previous layout for better visibility.
• Fixed arrow deletion bug — arrows can no longer be accidentally removed.

Printing Enhancements

• Updated print logic so the entire diagram appears in print preview, even if users haven’t panned or zoomed to view all areas.
• Note: this fix increases print preview load time for very large diagrams. Small diagrams load instantly, while large ones (≈500 visible activities) may take several minutes to render. Performance for this feature will improve further in November updates.

5. Authorization Rules (released last weekend)

• Completed implementation for assigning Admin, Moderator, Contributor, Viewer, and Following roles within settings and activities

• Copy/Paste Improvements – removed unnecessary “Copied from...” text for cleaner activity labels
• Link by Activity ID – quickly connect activities using their unique IDs
• Ongoing to Next Plan Updates – improved UI and rules for carrying forward activities; option is disabled for cases that cannot logically continue (e.g., zero-duration activities or those with incomplete predecessors). A rule fix related to planned cycle finish dates will be included in the next release.
• Milestone Enhancements – milestone cards now show target vs. projected icons, plus indicators for associated tasks, content, and commitment plans
• Bug Fix: SNET Constraint – resolved issue where constraints were erased during bulk-editing of activities
• Color-Coded Selection Arrows – arrows now receive a "highlight" color when selected for clearer visualization

• Milestone Date Change Reason – added warnings and request prompts when changing milestone Target dates
• Diagram Refresh Fix – diagrams now reload correctly defaulting to the top-left corner
• Excel Import – new functionality to perform developer-assisted bulk import of activities from Excel; performance improvements for large endeavors are in progress
• Milestone Date Tracking – system now captures both weekly and end-of-plan milestone target dates and projected dates for improved tracking and reporting going forward

• Nested Swimlanes – create multi-level swimlanes by master data or other attributes for deeper visualization
• Swimlanes by Company and Responsible Party – organize activities by Company and Responsible Party fields
